Parents Fears Putting Our Kids At Risk.
In response to concerns that childhood vaccines are are directly linked to autism, a number of studies have been performed in an attempt to establish or disprove any such link.
The February 15th, 2009 publication of Clinical Infectious Diseases, contains a summary of the review of one after another of these studies, refutes the claims of any links whatsoever. The greater concern continues to be the harm being done by not vaccinating. With rumors of these studies growing, increasing numbers of parents have discontinued the practice of immunization.
There have already been areas of resurgence in these once controlled maladies. And since Autism is not a product of or is triggered by an immune response, it is a question of choice. Parents are simply favoring one fear over another. reViVe says... IMMUNIZE!
